specializing in natural light, candid photography that captures the
emotions of the moment -- whether it’s the joy of an infant’s
smile, the excitement of a child’s first birthday, the glow of a beautiful
bride, or the love and warmth of a family portrait.
karyn’s photographic work has been recognized by several prestigious
international photography organizations. she was selected to participate in
Women In Photography International’s 25th anniversary "Turning
Silver" juried exhibition. her photo essay on the homeless of Los Angeles
was a finalist at the 1st annual Palm Springs Photo Festival’s "Connect
06" competition. she was chosen for honors in three categories for
the 2005 IPA Photographer of the Year "Lucie Awards."
